Orders & Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. All transactions pass through Shopify’s SSL-encrypted checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes—email us within 2 hours of placing the order. After the parcel ships, we can’t alter or cancel it, but you can still return it within our 30-day window.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states (PO boxes included). International delivery is not yet available.
How much does shipping cost?
It’s free on every order—no minimum spend required.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Processing: 1–2 business days
Transit: 3–7 business days via USPS or UPS
You’ll receive a tracking link by email the moment your parcel leaves our warehouse.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return window?
30 days from the delivery date.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Submit a request through our Returns / Exchange form or email support@cozysteps.uk with your order number.
Do you provide free returns?
Yes—we’ll email you a prepaid USPS label. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and include all accessories.
Product Questions
Are your slides waterproof?
Yes. They’re molded from single-piece EVA foam that shrugs off water and dries quickly.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a roomier, cloud-soft feel.
Account & Tracking
How do I track my order?
Open the shipping-confirmation email and click Track Your Order, or paste the tracking number into our tracking portal.
I haven’t received my parcel—what now?
Check the tracking first. If it’s stalled for more than 48 hours, contact us and we’ll start a trace with the carrier or arrange a replacement.
